Spin & Strength
This combination class will have you spending 25 minutes on the bike for an amazing cardio workout, and the last 20 minutes pumping weights to build your overall strength.
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. No dancing experience is necessary, just move your body and let the music lead you.
Strength Circuit Training
Step up to the challenge of improving your strength, agility, balance etc. as you work your way through this challenging circuit of exercises timed in specific intervals.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.
Spin & Flow
A 30-minute mixed level spin class followed by 15 minutes of mat core exercises and stretches.
Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class use a modified sequence of exercises designed especially for pregnant women. Exercise can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance, and alignment, as the body grows bigger and can help reduce lower back pain.
Perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
Kids on the Move
Ages 4-10 years old. Kids will skip, hop, and jump through obstacle courses and relay races. Fun and challenging activities using balls, ropes, and cones will engage young minds and bodies. Designed to enhance functional movement, cardio fitness, balance, and coordination. The program will also instill values of good sportsmanship and determination.
Kids Strength & Agility
Ages 8 and up In this camp, our campers will participate in exercise progressions that create a basis for speed and agility skills, which are cornerstones in sports performance. Campers will learn fundamental strength movements and speed/agility drills to apply to a variety of sports, while having fun in camp!
Mixed Level Spin
Bring your cycle workout indoors for climbs, sprints, and much more. Cycle is great way to slim down, tone your legs, and burn calories fast! No experience needed. This class offers a great workout for all participants.

Strength & Conditioning
This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts are high intensity and high energy and designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.
TRX will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Functional Training Tools, and your own bodyweight. While TRX classes emphasize the development of quality functional strength and lean muscle mass, you will still get a healthy dose of heart-pumping conditioning drills to reset your system and give you an extra challenge in each session.

Get movin' and groovin' with your little one! 45 minute music and movement class for toddlers (2-4 yrs) and their caregivers.
Bootcamp style workout with your stroller! Cardio and resistance training with your little one in tow. Class will be held outside if the weather allows or in the studio in the event of rain.
