Fitness philosophy: I enjoy working with people, helping them reach their goals in weight control, sports enhancement and physical fitness. I believe that fitness is the root of longevity and healthy living. If we want to be healthy and active in our senior years we need to get fit and stay fit. In many cases, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and overall feeling of well-being can be improved by exercise, healthy eating and staying fit. Exercise should be extended outside of the gym. I believe that you should enjoy life and stay active through bike riding, hiking, golf, tennis, swimming or any other event that you enjoy and that gets your heart rate up.
